Terms and Conditions
Please read these general terms and conditions carefully. They apply to both party bookings and where indicated (*) to party orders.
Payment and
booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure each party booking
or order and will be deducted from the final invoice.*

An invoice will be drawn up at time of booking/order in order to calculate the
deposit value, but this invoice may be altered before the date of the party if
subsequent services or products are ordered, or if the number of children
changes. *

White Rabbit Parties will confirm the receipt of completed booking forms
and deposits in writing via email or post within 5 days of receipt. *

A final invoice will be sent via post or email at least 3 days before
the party. *

The final balance must be paid in full on or before the date of the
party. Cheques can be made payable to 'J.Horsepool and M.Noon' or a bank
transfer payment can be made - please ask for our account details. *
Cancellations

Cancellations must be received at least 14 days in advance of the party or order date
otherwise the full remaining balance will remain due. A cancellation may be
made by telephone but then must be followed up in writing. *

If the client fails to turn up on the day of the party then the full charge will
remain due.

In event of there being a reduction in the number of children attending
the party, the hirer must inform White Rabbit Parties at least 7 days before
the date of the party otherwise the full charge for the original number of children will still remain due. *

In the event of the party having to be postponed, White Rabbit Parties
retains the right to charge for any perishable goods, such as food and
balloons. Charges made to a third party such as the hire of a venue or
entertainer may still have to be paid. *
Supply of
information

White Rabbit Parties would be grateful if parents/guardians would inform
us of any known food allergies of any guests when booking the party. White Rabbit Parties will take
every reasonable precaution to ensure children's safety, but parents/guardians
must ultimately accept responsibility for children's welfare.

White Rabbit Parties will not share or distribute your personal
information with any third party. *

White Rabbit Parties staff will, where possible, collect children's
emergency contact details as they are dropped off at the party.

White Rabbit Parties will gain written parental permission for
some activities including face painting, bouncy castles, other inflatable's and
climbing wall either at time of invitation or when dropping off at the party.
Supervision

White Rabbit Parties requires the hirer to provide at least 2
responsible adults to be present throughout the duration of the party. They
will remain liable for the safety of all guests throughout the duration of the
party.

The hirer is responsible for all children attending the party and must
ensure that they behave in the proper manner at all times. In the event of a child behaving in an
unacceptable manner, White Rabbit Parties staff may ask the hirer to deal with
the child in order to minimise the disruption to the entertainment provided.

White Rabbit Parties shall not be responsible for any injury, damage or
loss of property during the party howsoever caused. *
Provision of
goods or services

White Rabbit Parties reserves the right to substitute similar goods for
equal or greater value where stock becomes unavailable *

White Rabbit Parties may on occasion withdraw part of the quoted party
services where, despite our best efforts, physical space or set up time on the
day is limited for factors beyond our control (for example traffic delays,
damaged equipment, venue constraints)

White Rabbit Parties reserves the right to make changes to a party or order where
required without any prior notice. *
