Prices
Each event that we create is utterly unique and so this is reflected in our pricing. We will happily send out no-obligation quotes with full details of pricing or can work within a specified budget.
As a general guide only, a typical children's party for 15 children may cost:
Organised Party Package = £295
Party Bags @ £4 each = £60
Catering and Drinks @ £5 each = £75
Birthday Cake = £47.50
Venue Hire = £35
TOTAL = £512.50
We can of course work to other budgets and provide a flexible pricing system so that you are able to choose exactly how much is spent on each part of the event.
Other Prices
Venue set up and clear down = from £30 per hour
1 hour of party entertainment by 2 party assistants (traditional and themed games, karaoke, craft activity supervision) = £120
Craft assistants = £60 for 1 hour or £100 for 2 hours for up to 10 children/1 assistant, or £100 for 1 hour and £180 for 2 hours for 10-20 children/2 assistants
Children's Activity Room = from £80 per hour for up to 12 children aged 5+
Event Nannys = from £20 per hour depending on age and number of children
A 10% booking fee is charged on all entertainer and venue bookings made by White Rabbit Parties on behalf of clients.
