White Rabbit Parties are able to take care of everything and create a fully organised party or event, taking complete charge from the minute the first guest arrives until it is all over and finished, leaving you to sit back and take photos and even have time for a cup of tea!
Pre-event planning means that we can:
- Liaise with the customer to ensure that they party is designed with the birthday child in mind
- Be on hand to answer any customer queries from the time of booking to the party date
- Find and book a suitable venue
- Liaise with the party venue to make sure everything is in place at the right time
- Work within a set budget or keep client up to date with finiancial costs
- Prepare invitations and deliver ready to hand out/post to guests
- Coordinate entertainer bookings
- Organise professional catering
- Organise a custom made birthday cake
- Supply fancy dress costumes
- Design and construct party bags
- Fill Piñata’s and wrap Pass the Parcel games
On the day of your party our enthusiastic party organisers and assistants can:
- Pick up the venue key
- Be on site to organise deliveries and collections (e.g. inflatables and catering)
- Set up the venue with tables and chairs
- Lay the food table
- Decorate the venue with our props and balloons to suit the theme
- Welcome the guests upon arrival and gain parental contact details and permissions as necessary
- Organise themed party games
- Provide themed music
- Organise any booked entertainers
- Supervise craft activities
- Supervise the meal time and assist with handing out food
- Create photo opportunities
- Organise singing Happy Birthday
- Clear down the venue and return the key
... as well as bringing along everything you could possibly need from the cake candles to bin sacks!
