On the day of your party our enthusiastic party organisers and assistants can:

Pick up the venue key
Be on site to organise deliveries and collections (e.g. inflatables and catering)
Set up the venue with tables and chairs
Lay the food table
Decorate the venue with our props and balloons to suit the theme
Welcome the guests upon arrival and gain parental contact details and permissions as necessary
Organise themed party games
Provide themed music
Organise any booked entertainers
Supervise craft activities
Supervise meal time
Create photo opportunities
Organise singing Happy Birthday
Clear down the venue and return key
